We do not offer any refunds or returns on products purchased. All goods sold are exempt from being cancelled, refunded or returned.
In case there is any manufacturing defect with the product, we would repair or replace the product with a new one (same model). To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case the product does not solve your purpose, we would offer you a different model which suits your requirement (if available) and the balance amount will be adjusted accordingly. In such a case, the return shipping charges of the old product and shipping charges of the new product will be borne by you (the buyer). In case, no options are available, no refunds will be given. In case you receive a broken or damaged product, do not worry. Please inform us immediately at our email id with pictures of the damage. We will look into the case and replace your product as soon as possible. All such cases must be informed within 48 hours of receipt of material. Accidental damages will not be covered under this case.
